Bad planning, bad ending

Why do people still to the silent wait for the arriving of invaders, appropriating of our resources and ideologies. We complain only when the invader has stolen all our lands, resources and ideologies. Reggaeton invaded us due to the progressive acceptance in local music radio networks, providing  uneducated, low quality music, which is easily consumable by the most ignorant growing audience.

In business, we look now at cities like Medellin as an example of innovation, precisely because people of this city have defended, improved and internationalized their regional companies, rather than the corrupted method of selling national companies to the "better" bidder. We are now monopolized by greedy multinational companies, flooded by lawyers taking control and silent of users into bad managed services.

An those people who live on the frontier, complaining on public situation of their neighbors but not themselves... política y social de chamozuela, como si la responsabilidad de la economía cucutoche correspondiera a los del otro lado del puente... Donde esta Bavaria, la Licorera, las zapaterías, el CASD??? Culpa de los otro lado del puente?. Sigan viviendo de esos recuerdos del bolívar a 18 pesos que se vino abajo por adecos y copeyanos. Lo mas triste es que esos mismos que se quejan terminan comprando en mercal y se consiguen recibo falso para tanquear en las bombas.

Why do complain, Farmers in Colombia, about the unexpected changes in weather, with the involved damages? Fire, cold temperatures, low production. Why do they expect the coming of a god for solving problems? Why did not they give a technical planning on your harvests? Win only for winning instead thinking about the future. Be prepared for your ruin, since goverment is not interested on your recovering.
Now we are again in a dry season. There are critical points with water emergency. Precisely, it happens in places with unplanned water provisions, corruption and a lack of conscience. The diseases come out rapidly, precisely where health systems and wellness has been stolen by corruption and inefficiency.
The sacrifice involves to give some piece of your profits to the others. It avoids the begining of competence and inequality. For example, sheperds can provide a sample of your sheep to the savage wolves or lions, to avoid to be stolen. To prevent droughts, deforestation must be avoided, a very efficient water planning must be determined and deviation of the natural course of rivers and water cicle must be avoided.
Same problem happens with national production. There are artisan things not protected or subsidize by the goverment. As result, imported wares are sometimes cheaper. Hats, toys and shoes are few examples of Chinese products that legally come into Colombia, menacing the sell of national corresponding products. Nonetheless, national artists never allows or promote a price regulation law, leading to put the price they want at the tourists. So, the problem relies in the speculation that artisans want.
Now there are protests against inequality situation with agriculture production. Coffee and Cacao are now the damaged products due to the very poor planification and the evident corruption of their managers. Farmers were only those people without education but only the technique to collect the grains, harvest and recollect the plants. There was none formation in ethics, production management, neither arithmetics. These farmers let all the thinking stuff to their corrupted managers and bosses. What did happen with the prosper times of the 60's and end of 70's? Why the good times of production failed at this time? We can loook at the bad management of those people who was beneffited from those prosper times. I can give you the reasons:

•  The narcotraffic and political influence. The former, due to the clandestine production and transporting among coffee sacks, and the manipulation of coffe politics by money washing. In other words, narcotrafic did subsidize many of the colombian products, making those very competitive without any merchandising strategy. Now that goverment is strongly attaking the drug handling, subsidies are decreasing, letting farmers with all the weight of the price devaluation by reducing their salaries. Political influence was only profitable for the politicians, who takes money from the goverment to subidize the coffee price. But once the politician has already invested his money in Miami and other sttuff out of Colombia, the money of the farmers is gone. It seems like a piramidal fraud, does it?
• The evident weakness of mechardising strategies. In the 60's and mid 70's, Colombia was the second Coffee producer in the world, with an advantage: The flavour of the coffee, letting the possibility to provide more varieties to the world. What was the "clever" stategy to enhance this? Close the market: they do not negociate with other providers, and label a proper "national" trend (I don't tell you which). This could be effective, if the money achieved by this nationalization was reinvested in new flavors, more technified workers, better production and harvesting politics and better machinery and research. Instead, the money was invested in more store points, promotion of models and football teams, and other vanished strategies. As result, we got a lot of store points with a expensive coffee, struggling against very stronger trends, with technified workers form Costa Rica, Brasil, Thailand, or even India. Congratulations, like the oil, we got the most expensive proper products in the world.
